UK studio, worldwide clients

The social media marketing agency for brands worth following

Social media management, UGC video, WooCommerce stores and LinkedIn, for brands in the UK and worldwide. Every account is planned, filmed and edited by the founders themselves. No juniors, no subcontractors, no handovers, and a deliberately short client list.

Where most brands start

Building or fixing the store itself starts at £445 for an audit. Tell us about the brand and we reply within one business day with the plan we would actually put you on, including when that is the cheapest thing we sell.

Everything we do

Two disciplines we are known for, and seven that grew from them

Eighty six packages across nine lines, and they are not equals. Social media management and UGC video are the business. The other seven exist because clients on those two kept asking for them, and they are run to the same standard by the same two people.

Social media management

Five plans, rolling monthly

Four are management plans, meaning we run the channel. One is a content pack, meaning we make the posts and you publish them. The difference between them is how many platforms we cover and how much of the community work sits with us.

  • One approval pass a monthThe calendar arrives fully drafted, with the hook, the caption and the call to action written on every post, within 5 working days of the brief in the first month. Nothing goes live unapproved.
  • Direct access, not a ticket queueWhatsApp and email straight to the two of us, with replies within one business day.
  • 2 months notice, not a twelve month lock inLong enough that the work can be judged fairly, short enough that leaving is a real option rather than a threat.
  • We will tell you to spend lessIf the cheapest plan is the right one, we say so. A brand pushed onto a tier it cannot feed produces worse content and leaves in four months.

Prices are in pounds sterling and no VAT is added. If you are ordering from outside the UK your card issuer sets the exchange rate, and anything due in your own country is outside our invoice.

Full comparison on the social media management page, and what the market charges is in our UK cost guide.

UGC video

Twelve categories, four tiers in each

Creator video filmed with your actual product, in the category your buyer already understands. Every category has its own packages page and its own portfolio of finished work, and the tier decides the scripting, the hook count, the usage rights and whether the raw footage comes with it.

Start at the portfolio hub, where every category shows finished client work before it shows a price.

WooCommerce and websites

The store itself, not only the content that runs on it

Everything else on this page is content that runs on a store. This is the store. Built on WordPress and WooCommerce, and we run our own shops on exactly what we sell, which is the part most agencies cannot say.

PackageWhat it isFee
Store BuildA complete store from scratch. Up to 20 products loaded, payments, shipping and tax configured, a 30 day snagging window after launch£3,450
Store AuditA written report on a store that already exists, up to 100 products. Speed, checkout, SEO and mobile, with the fixes ranked by what they are worth£445
RetrofitA shop added to a site you are keeping, rather than a rebuild you did not ask for. Cart and checkout inside your existing design£1,950
Store Launch BundleThe build, the local and search setup and three e-commerce UGC videos together, saving 345 pounds against buying them separately£3,995

Proof rather than promises: an 870 product store with worldwide shipping for a Louvre exhibited artist, written up in the Silvi the Artist case study, and our own brand in the HoneyBee and Co. build. Scope and PageSpeed scores are on the WooCommerce agency page.

Proof

What a year of ongoing management produced

Four numbers from three different clients and three different disciplines. None came from a single shoot. They came from planning, producing, publishing and replying, every week, for months. Each one names its window and its source on the case study it belongs to, including the metrics that fell.

4.1MInstagram views, one venue, no ad spend
2.6Morganic views across seven travel brands
1,300posts planned, written and shipped
870products built on one store

Sources: Meta Business Suite. Purgatory Bar, 1 January to 1 June 2026, zero ad spend, in the Purgatory case study. Snaptrip Group, September 2025 to June 2026, organic only, in the Snaptrip case study. The 870 product store is the Silvi the Artist build. No revenue data is published, because it belongs to the client.

Case studies

Documented, not rounded up

Every result is written up with the window it covers and the source it came from. Where a figure fell rather than rose, the page says so.

  • 1Purgatory Bar, 4.1M Instagram views

A London venue on retainer since 2023. One Reel reached three million views organically, with zero ad spend across the whole period. Read it.

  • 2Snaptrip Group, seven travel brands

Eleven accounts across three platforms, run as seven separate voices with one quality bar. Read it.

  • 3Silvi the Artist, 870 products

A WooCommerce store built from nothing for a Louvre exhibited painter, with worldwide shipping and daily management since launch. Read it.

How it actually runs

Why the work is better when nobody hands it over

Every handover costs something nobody wrote down

Most agencies split the work. A strategist writes the deck, a junior schedules it, a freelancer shoots it, and none of the three ever speak. What gets lost at each handover is the part nobody wrote down, which is why so much agency content is technically correct and completely flat. Here the person who developed the idea is the person on camera and the person in the edit, and the standard survives the whole way through.

The client list is short on purpose

Doing the work rather than delegating it puts a hard ceiling on how many brands we can hold, so we run a deliberately short list and turn down work we would have enjoyed. That is the trade. You get the founders on your account every month; we do not get to be everywhere.

Who we are the wrong agency for

A brand needing twenty assets a week across six markets should hire a production company, not us. A brand that wants an agency to own the strategy while nobody internally has time to approve anything will be disappointed, because the approval pass is a real step and it needs a real person. And a brand looking for the cheapest supplier will find one, because there is always someone cheaper than two founders doing the work themselves. We would rather say that here than three months into a retainer.

What we will not do

Invent a result, publish a figure we cannot source, claim a client's press as our own, or run an undisclosed paid partnership. Those are not positioning, they are the reason a percentage on this site can be checked against the case study it came from.

Start with the case studies, browse the full shop, or read the blog.
